Credit Card Payment Processing

Understanding payment processing is an important step toward getting paid by your customers. When a customer pays, they can choose to pay for their order using any of the methods that you've enabled in the Payment Types area of Cleantie. You can enable a variety of payment methods using Cleantie POS or the Cleantie customer app.

There are a few different things to consider when you're choosing which payment methods to offer. If you want to let your customers pay using a credit card, then you can use Cleantie's supported third-party providers.

Please note you don't need Clover Flex , Clover Mini Terminal to process credit card for app customers. Clover Flex, Clover Mini, Square terminal is only used for walk-in customers. 

Clover Flex,  Clover Mini terminal is only used for walk-in customers. Clover Station Duo is not supported to run Cleantie POS at the moment. Cleantie POS works across PC, tablet, Mac computer.

Stripe Payment is the software platform with simple, pay-as-you-go pricing 2.9% , $0.30 per successful card charge.  Stripe is accepted in over 39 countries. For additional information visit Stripe.

All Cleantie-supported payment methods rely on third-party providers to process your transactions. These providers might charge extra fees. When you set up a payment method, check with the company providing the service to make sure you understand their rules and fees.

When you set up a payment provider to accept credit card payments, each payment must be processed, so there is usually a delay between when the customer pays for their order and when you receive the payment. After the payment is processed, the invoice amount will be transferred to your bank account.
