3rd Party Delivery service fees: The actual service fees from the 3rd party service providers. These are subject to changes.
DoorDash : Starting at $6.99 for first 3 miles, and then $1 a mile up to 7 miles.
Uber: Starting at $6.99 up to 5 mile outside CA, and $8.49 in CA.

1. Setup your Shipday account
Follow the steps below to set up and connect your Shipday account:
- Click here to signup for a free Shipday Account. Please make sure to use the link to setup your Shipday account, otherwise, you may not be able to connect your Cleantie to Shipday.
- Please note Shipday offers a free Starter subscription, that has everything you need to get started with up to 10 drivers. To use the 3rd party drivers like DoorDash & Uber you must signup for the Professional edition. Click here to see Shipday plans.
- Log on to your Shipday account. Go to my account from the top right corner. Select Integrations
- Select the API key, and copy the key.
- Log on to your Cleantie POS account.
- Goto Admin -> Delivery -> Shipday Settings. If you don't see the Shipday settings option, contact Cleantie to enable this feature.
- Enter your API key from step 3.
- Enable Auto Dispatch if you like the pickup/delivery orders to be dispatched auto to your Shipday account. The auto Dispatch option is highly recommended.

In Settings, under Third party delivery settings, make sure to turn off automatically assign to third-party drivers. Otherwise, Shipday will dispatch the driver automatically.
2. Dispatch Pickup request to Shipday
Follow the steps below to Dispatch Shipday if auto-dispatch is not enabled.
- Upon the Customer's Pickup request through the Cleantie customer App, a notification Text and email is forwarded to you.
- In addition, the Truck Icon in the Icon tray will be flashing within Cleantie POS
- Select the truck icon to view the pickup request.
- If the Auto Approve option is enabled, the pickup request status is automatically changed to Approved. To change this option go to Delivery -> General -> Settings. Enable Auto Approve.
- The Pickup request must be Approved in order to proceed to the next step.
- Click on the truck icon on the pickup list to view the pickup request details.
- You may select "See Map" option to see the distance to the customer.
- If the Auto Dispatch option is enabled, the pickup request is automatically sent to Shipday Dispatcher and the order status is changed to Scheduled. When the order is processed by Shipday, the status will change to picked up.
- If the Auto Dispatch option is not enabled, Select ‘Dispatch Driver’ and click ‘Apply’ to Shipday.
- Any special request is forwarded to Shipday.
3. Check In the order
Follow the steps below to process the order:
- Select Checkin, to make the invoice for the customer.
- Cleantie links the pickup request id to the order for tracking purposes. The request-id is displayed on the check-in screen (top left corner).
- Press Pre-pay option from the icon tray at the bottom.
- Press Done and auto-select the delivery date.
- In Tender Screen, the credit card option is auto-selected, Press Next to Charge the customer's card on file.
5. Dispatch Delivery order to Shipday
Follow the steps below to Dispatch Delivery orders to Shipday.
- Select Delivery -> Pending Orders.
- The pending orders are listed, click on the invoice to see the details.
- Make sure there is no outstanding balance.
- Select the order to dispatch the driver and select the truck icon.
- You may change the default pick-up/drop-off instructions for the driver. The default instructions are copied from the customer profile -> delivery instructions.
- You may select "See Map" option to see the distance to the customer.
- If the auto dispatch option is enabled, the delivery order is dispatched automatically to Shipday when the order is made Ready. No need to perform steps 1 to 6. But make sure the order is set to Ready through Ready function.
- If not, Select ‘Dispatch Driver via Shipday’ and click ‘Apply’.
- As soon as Shipday Dispatcher has received the request, the status is updated to show the process.
- In Shipday Dispatcher, change the order to Ready, and assign the driver. You may select your own drivers or third-party drivers like DoorDash or Uber.
- Once a Driver is Confirmed, the Request will change to ‘Scheduled’ and the driver will be on the way to pick up the order from your location; an ID for the task is created upon confirmation.
- Status updates from Shipday will appear as they arrive. A complete breakdown of the entire delivery and the delivery cost will be available once the task is done.
- Once the order is delivered, the invoice status is changed to Out.
2. Shipday Driver App
If you are using your own driver, the driver will get a notification to view and accept the order. Once the driver picks up the order, the order is marked as picked up. To use third-party drivers like Doordash & Uber you must sign up for the Shipday professional subscription.
Delivery Directions
The order is marked as delivered as soon as the order is dropped off. The driver may use the map to get directions to the destination.
Delivery Confirmation
As soon as the order is delivered, the driver may take a snapshot as proof of delivery.
