Assembly Process

iAssemble is an assembly assisted software that provides automated order processing using your existing Racks, thus eliminating the need for manually matching each garment  with the  Invoice. iAssemble has the following advantages over manual assembly.

Use on demand garment tracking tags or CSI  pre-printed tags to automate the process. This process is ideal for multi store or high volume operations. Enhance the process with CSI hosted centralized database.  Use your own existing Racks to save money on Assembly Conveyor. iAssemble works much better than third party Auto Assembly systems  that have little understanding of TMS application. iAssemble uses TMS database, therefore it is much more robust and runs much faster.

 The Process:

1. As tracking tag barcode is scanned, iAssemble automatically assigns a hook# on the Rack.
2. Garment is put on the Rack location. Location barcode is scanned to verify the location.  If hook# matches the designated location, system allows the next garment to be scanned. Please note location verification process is optional and can be disabled in system settings. 
3.  The above process is repeated for each garment.
4.  Once the last garment is scanned, the operator is informed that order is complete. 
5.  The operator unloads the order from the rack,  then corresponding invoice is printed.
6.  The order is now ready for bagging.
