Hardware Requirements:

• Windows 10 Computer with minimum 8GB RAM
• Large LCD Monitor, or All in one Computer.
• Wireless Scanner, recommend Symbol LI4287 Wireless Handheld Scanner
• Auto Heat seal Machine 
• Pre-Printed barcoded Tag or On Demand Thermo Patch Barcoded Tag

Pre-Printed Tracking Tag:

Pre-printed Garment Tracking Tags are used for auto assembly system. The most popular and versatile garment identification product is our .6875” x .25 Label. It is a heat-activated white nylon material, and customers throughout North America have discovered that it works well in both dry cleaning and laundry applications.  Tags withstands repeated dry cleaning and laundry cycles. It stays on the garment and it remains scanable.

Pre-printed barcoded tags are printed in house by CSI to ensure quality and compatibility. 

• Label Size: .6875” x .25”
• Symbology: I 2of5,
• 8 digits format  (e.g 0001001) 
• Add your company initials to the human readable part for visual verification purpose

On Demand Tracking Tag:

On Demand Tracking Tags  are printed on Zebra TLP 2844  Printer with customer's name and item description.  We only support  Thermo Patch Heat-Seal Labels, Part number TT5812-01H - 3/4" X 11/4" 4 x 25 YDS. For additional information and pricing, please see CSI website.

Heat Seal Machine:

There are different Heat Machines in the market.  CSI recommends Ezpress Heat Seal machine. The Default Ezpress Heat Seal Machine Temperature and time is set at 380 degrees and 8 seconds. The heated platen is Teflon coated to prevent glue accumulation. The spring-loaded lower platen will accommodate thick and thin garments without re-adjusting the platen. The heated platen opens wide to provide a clear work area on the lower platen.  You may order special small platen for delicate garments like silk, linen etc.
