Auto Split Large Orders

iAssemble supports Auto Splitting of large orders. You may set iAssemble to split tickets when max allowed garments are assembled, and split the remaining garments into a new ticket. Using this option saves you time during checkin process and allows you to put as many items on one ticket. Let iAssemble  split the ticket base on 1^st come, 1st serve basis. 

In addition you may mix dry cleaning and laundry into one ticket and let iAssemble  split  the dry cleaning and laundry items into separate tickets.

Follow steps below to set iAssemble for Auto Splitting.

1. Start iAssemble, type 11182000 press config.
2. Select Assembly, select your conveyor, select next
3. Enter max Items per ticket. Press next to save it.
4. Start iAssemble, select Management
5. Enable Split Laundry Invoice for desire Store

During Assembly process when Max set items are assembled, the operator will be notified that invoice is split.For example if Max Items per ticket is set to 5, an invoice with 12 dry-cleaning and 4 Laundry items would split into 3 Dry Cleaning (5, 5 and 2 )  invoices and 1  Laundry invoice.

Once the invoice is split, you may go to Invoice Utility, select Trans list to show the detail of splitting.
