Machines usage Instructions setup

TMS offers great features that gives you full control over your laundromat operation. In this article, we walk you through step by step process on how to configure your system to run your business more effectively and efficiently. 

Use the following process to setup each machine usage instructions like amount of Liquid Soap, Softner,  Oxy Clean, Liquid Bleach. The usage instructions help your staff to load the machines more efficiently. 

To get started, select Management ->  management ->  Wash & Fold. Select Add to configure each machine and enter the amount of soap, softner etc. 

To configure system to print this info, go to System -> System options -> Invoice -> Enable print Wash & Fold Chart options.

Select Configure Machine option to enter the cost of each washer & dryer. The cost of each machine is used to calculate the total cost of each wash & fold order.
