The "Ready" function is used to assign conveyor or rack locations to the orders and notify the customer by text message when the order is ready for pickup or delivery.
Customer Profile Setup:
Edit the customer profile and enable SMS Ready Order. Please note: SMS is subject to Cleantie's standard text message rates.
Ready Process:
To start the process, select the "Ready" option from the main menu.
Step 1: Simply scan the invoice barcode, then scan your conveyor barcode. Or type the number manually if you are not equipped with a barcode scanner.
Previous orders and locations are shown at the bottom of the screen if the customer has other orders in stock. Assigning closer locations would help to speed up the order retrieval and checkout process. As invoices are scanned, the assigned location is shown on the right-hand side.
If the order is a Wash & Fold order, you may press Wash & Fold to re-weigh the order and capture the current weight. If the weight differs from the original, it may indicate that something is missing from the order. Please verify and adjust accordingly.
Step 2: Click on the location list to see the details of each invoice. Continue the above step for all other invoices.
Please note that adding a location is optional. If you donβt need to add a location and prefer to continue scanning the next invoice, simply disable this option. Go to Admin -> Store -> Locations -> Disable 'Enable location for Ready Function'
Step 3: Press the print icon to print the list and retain it for audit purposes.
Step 4: To complete the process, press the Done button.

Ready Notification Text Message:
If the SMS Ready Order option is enabled for a customer, the system will send automated text message: To customize this message, navigate to: Admin β Tools β SMS Configuration Settings..

If SMS is not being delivered, please contact Tech Support to enable the feature.
To generate an SMS report, go to: Reports β Custom Reports β SMS Report. Click on the Detail option to view the text messages sent.
