The Ready function is used to assign conveyor or rack location to the orders, and notify the customer by text message when the order is ready for pickup or delivery.
Customer Profile Setup:
Edit customer profile, enable SMS Ready Order. Please note SMS is subject to Cleantie standard text message rates.
To start the process, select Ready option from the main menu.
Step 1: Simply scan the invoice# barcode, then scan your conveyor# barcode. Or type the number manually if you are not equipped with the barcode scanner.
The previous orders and locations are shown at the bottom of the screen if the customer has other orders in stock.
Assigning closer locations would help to speed up the orders retrieval and faster checkout Process. As invoices are scanned, the assigned location is shown on the right-hand side.
Step 2: Click on Location list to see the detail of each invoice. Continue the above step for all other invoices.
Step 3: Press the print icon to print the list and retain it for audit purpose.
Step 4: To complete the process, Press OK button.
If customer's SMS Ready Order option is enabled, the following sample Text message is sent. Please note the Text message can't be customized at the moment.
“ Dear John, please be advised your items at My Cleaners are ready. Thank you for your business"
