The Checkout function is used to check out customer’s order from the inventory and receive payment. Follow steps below to check out invoices.
1. Select checkout option from the main menu.
2. Scan customer’s invoice or type the invoice number. Or simply select the customer using customer’s name, or phone number, and press the Return button.
Once the customer or invoice# is selected, all outstanding invoices for the selected customer are displayed on the screen.
A list of the invoices that have, IN or Ready will appear on the top right-hand-side of the screen, and an image of a blank invoice will show on the left-hand side.
