Dashboard Overview

The dashboard shows the most valuable metrics that give you insight into the performance of your pickup delivery  and the behavior of your customers. The metrics are shown in numeric format and also as graphs where appropriate.  Select the heading on the left to see the details. The numeric values  on the right hand side represents the changes for the selected period.

Users: Total users that signed up through  customer app. You may use the search option to search by name, phone number. Users that did not complete the process are marked as incomplete. Never miss a prospect  by engaging with the user directly through dispatcher chat function and answer any questions they may have. 

Pickup Request: Total Pickup requests that are made by users. Use this function to approve the pickup request. Approved pickup request is pushed to Dispatch. 

Delivery : Orders that are made ready in Cleantie POS are pushed to dispatcher for delivery. 

Dispatch:  Dispatch function is used to create manifest on demand for orders that are loaded through Delivery function and pickup requests that are approved.   

Manifest: Is used to view the manifest for selected date. Manifest is used to dispatch the driver.

Drivers: Total drivers.

Sessions: Total active sessions. To see the actual live sessions, select today's date.

Activities: All user's activities, including Sign in,  Store Visit, Chat etc.

Messages: Total text messages with the users.

Menu: Select menu icon from top left corner to access the main menu to setup app settings or view map.

Date: Select calendar icon to setup the date filter. Default is today.

Alert Select Alert icon to see the latest alert for any new pickup request or text message.
