We're here to help you easily find your favorite best service providers so you can get back to your busy life. We've modernized the operation to provide you the convenience, control, and accuracy of requesting pickup/delivery online. No more drive to your local dry cleaner, laundromat or shoe repair shop. You can now conveniently find the best service providers you want, place a pickup/ delivery order online and send it electronically to the local partner.
Where does Cleantie operate?
We currently feature Drycleaners, Laundromats, Clothing alterations & she Repair shops across the United States and Canada with new cities popping up on a weekly basis. If you like to have Cleantie in your city, send us a note to support@cleantie.com and we’ll do our best to be there!
Where can I leave feedback for Cleantie?
We would love to hear from you on how we can improve our services. The vast majority of consumers (86%) read reviews for local businesses. Cleantie app shows the business rating based on Cleantie verified customer reviews. Your review is very important to the success of our operation. After you place an order with Cleantie you will have the ability to review your experience under “Order History” in your Cleantie account.
Do I have to be home for the pickup and delivery?
It is not necessary to be present for pickup or delivery as long as we agree upon the method to receive/drop off your garments, e.g., do you have a concierge or not. In the case of a concierge, you can leave your laundry, in the provided garment bag, with the concierge and we will pickup/deliver your fresh clean garments. If you do not have a concierge, you can leave us a key to access your building and pickup/deliver your laundry from in front of your apartment or Garage.
How do I pay for my orders?
During sign up process, you must enter your credit card details. We use your card on file for all transactions. Cleantie applies all security standards and uses Verifone, a leading North American payment provider, to deliver secure and reliable payment solutions that make the customer experience convenient and dependable. Cleantie does not share your credit card information with anyone. You can view our privacy policy.
Alternatively, you may logon to your Cleantie account and pay your outstanding invoices using our secure online services.
What is your damaged garment policy?
If, in a rare instance, you find a damaged item in your order, please call our customer service as soon as possible. If it is determined that we are responsible for the damage to your garment, will provide you a credit to the original form of payment for the fair value of that garment, as explained in the American National Standards Institute National Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.
How do I alert, if I have a special need for one of my items?
Use Your Account profile tab on our app to make changes at any time, or send a special request. All the key information in your profile will enable us to accurately and professionally process your service orders.
Will my information be kept confidential and safe?
Cleantie respects your privacy. Across our business, we will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to provide service and support, and share service and company news and offerings with you. What do I do if I have a problem with my Cleaning upon delivery?
Should there be an issue with your service, call the store immediately and they will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Please understand that some issues, like persistent stains, may not be able to be resolved regardless of available products and our efforts.
What are Cleantie's Return/Refund Policies?
Cleantie partners strive to provide the very best quality cleaning for their customers. In the event you are not fully satisfied with the service, please contact our customer service.
Are your products environmental safe?
Environmental impact should be reduced. We believe businesses should work to offset their environmental impact as much as possible. Our service Providers use high-quality, high-efficiency laundry equipment in order to reduce the carbon footprint.
