To get started quickly, follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Apply to Be a Member of the Cleantie Team
Please click here to fill out the online application to give us details on your interest and desired territory. Please note that the selected tertiary must be exclusive to you. To make sure the territory is not already assigned, click here and select "Search Delivery Area."
Step 2: Arrange a Zoom meeting.
Upon receipt of your application, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a Zoom meeting to go over the details and finalize your pickup delivery plan. Click here to schedule a Zoom meeting.
Step 3: Sign the Cleantie Partnership Agreement.
Review and sign Cleantie Partnership Agreements to protect your business. Click here to review the agreement.
Step 4: Create an Online Store and a Delivery Schedule
Through the Zoom meeting, we will learn about your plan, services, prices, and delivery schedules. Our support team will create a Cleantie account for you and email the credentials. In addition, a web page will be setup on http://app.cleantie.com that is dedicated to your operation/location.
Step 5: Initiate Your Marketing Campaign
To help you get started, we have made a partnership with Eccentric Marketing Company and selected the best plans that work for you. Eccentric Business Intelligence is a full-service branding and digital marketing firm that specializes in helping our partners create an online presence to realize growth potential and increase profits. Please keep in mind that Cleantie will pay for all of your company's advertising, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Our marketing team creates beautiful graphics and content for social posts on a regular basis through paid campaigns.
Google Ads
We use a Google Ads pay campaign to promote your company using the best search engine optimization (SEO) practices. We create target marketing that is specific to your demographic and territory.
Local Marketing Flyer
We create a customized flyer that helps you promote your pickup and delivery business in your local community.
Marketing via text message and e-mail
We can create customized text messages and email marketing campaigns to target your current clients. Please advise your Cleantie team if you are interested. Text message marketing costs are 5 cents per text message.
Step 6: Credit Card Processing Setup
Cleantie offers the most advanced credit card processing. We are integrated with Clover and have negotiated the best processing fee with Clover. Accept payments from customers directly inside Cleantie. Sync payments to invoices and run transactions directly on individual invoices. Email payment links to customers. Automate payments with the Cleantie customer app and give your customers the ability to view and pay off invoices at any time.
Cleantie processes customers' transactions using a Cleantie Merchant account through Clover. The Cleantie partner is then reimbursed automatically on a weekly basis after the service fee is applied. Partners may get their own merchant account through Clover and charge customers directly.
Step 7: Cleantie POS Settings
Cleantie POS is the main app of the Cleantie platform that is used to process invoices, collect payments, and control all aspects of the Cleantie Customer App. Use the following process to access Cleantie POS.
Logon to http://pos.cleantie.com using your personal credentials that were emailed to you.
Follow the steps below to setup your prices and delivery schedules:
Setup Prices
Go to Admin -> Management -> Price list -> Price Tree to update your prices.
Setup Delivery Schedules
Go to Admin -> Delivery -> Routes -> General -> Select Default Route -> select Daily pickup schedule
Change your daily schedule as you wish. You may not change the delivery map as this must be done by the Cleantie team to make sure your exclusive territory is maintained.
Text message notification setup
A text message notification is sent to the assigned mobile number when the consumer requests pickup. To set it up go to Admin -> Delivery - Settings. You can have up to two phone numbers on your account.

Step 8: Signup to Cleantie customer app
Use the following QR code to download the Cleantie Customer app, or go to http://app.cleantie.com/ to download. To see the process, create an account and request a pickup.
Step 9: Get the Cleantie Dispatcher app on your phone.
The Cleantie Dispatcher app offers complete control over your pickup and delivery process. Use the dispatcher app to chat with customers, view all customers' activities, profiles, pickup requests, orders, bills, and coordinate and manage the delivery manifest. The Cleantie Dispatcher app has an integrated communication tool that allows the dispatcher to make a call or send a direct message to the customer with a single tap. Never miss a prospect by engaging with the user directly through the dispatcher chat function and answering any questions they may have.
