Release forms are used to terminate any legal liability when cleaning certain items like household items.
To Add: Select Management -> Management -> Release Form -> New Release Form
To Update: Select Management -> Management -> Release Form -> Select the release form. make changes, Press Save.
To Assign: To link the release form to a particular service, select Management -> System -> Services , Select the service, scroll to right to Release Form option. Use the arrow key to find and assign the release form.
To Use: During checkin process, Select the release form from Details Screen. The selected release form will be printed on Store's copy. Have customer to sign the release form and retain it.
Memos are used to add notes on invoice, or when making certain transactions or making notes on customer's profile. Follow Steps below to setup your own Special request:
1.Go to Management-> Management ->Special Request. Select Add, Delete, or Update option
2.Select the type of memo (e.g Refund , Cash Drawer, Payout, Invoice etc)
Clear demarcation of terms of service will wipe-out any potential chance of misunderstanding or disagreement with the customers. Hence, it is of utmost importance to mention the terms of service like Garment Care, Loss or Damage, Disclaimer etc.
To write your own Greetings or Conditions Go to Management -> Management -> Greetings/Conditions.
