How do I create Cleantie account?
Creating Cleantie account requires a valid mobile phone number. You'll also need to agree to terms and conditions and our privacy statement.
Fill in your first and last name, phone number. Once you complete this part of the signup process, we send a text SMS to verify your phone number.
Next, enter your payment information. Adding a credit card or debit card number allows your bills to be automatically charged after each service.

Where can I view my previous orders?
Logon to your Cleantie account, select App menu from top left corner, press Requests. By default, the current outstanding requests are listed. You may use the Filter option to view previous orders. Select the order to see the details.
How do I pay my Bills?
Our service partners charge your card on file automatically before delivering your order. In case you like to make payment, go to your account main menu, select Bills. Select invoice, select Payment.
How to a payment method on your account?
Adding and selecting a preferred payment method will allow you request the service. Depending on your location, you can add payment methods such as credit cards account. When the service is completed, your selected payment method is charged automatically by our service provider.
Add a payment method:
1. Select "Payments" from your app menu.
2. Tap Add New Card.
3. Add a payment method by scanning a card, manually entering card info.
Scan a credit card:
1. To scan a card, tap the camera icon. Your phone may ask permission for the Cleantie app to use the camera.
2. Center your card in your phone's screen so that all 4 corners flash green. Cards with embossed letters and numbers are typically easiest to scan.
3. Enter the card holder's name.
4. Tap Save.

1. Enter your card number.
2. Enter the expiration date, and card holder's name.
3. Tap SAVE.
Update card info:
To update your card, simply select Add New Card.

To update your name, email, phone number:
1. Select "Profile" in the main app menu
2. Tap the information you want to change.
3. Make your updates as you wish.
If you change your phone number, you'll receive a verification code via text message. Enter the code in your app to confirm the change.
