Is there a delivery fee or order minimum?
Each of our partners determines their own delivery fees and minimum order. This can be viewed for each of our partner on Step 2. Alternatively, you can enter your address on the Cleantie App and a list of available service providers, ratings, pickup/delivery schedule and associated delivery fees will appear.
How much should I tip for delivery?
Your hardworking Delivery Service receives 100% of the delivery fee and tip provided. It’s truly up to you on how much you would like to tip. Tip is not mandatory.
Is it safe to pay with a credit card on Cleantie?
Yes, Cleantie employs all security standards and uses the latest technology and PCI compliant to deliver secure and reliable payment solutions that make the customer experience convenient and dependable. Cleantie does not share your credit card information with anyone.
