How do I cancel my pickup request?
Just logon to your Cleantie account, Press Schedule option from the menu. Locate the pickup request on the list and Press Delete icon. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
How do I check the status of an order?
First, please check the pickup request tracking page to confirm that your pickup request was accepted by the cleaner. If the order has been accepted, you can view the live order updates on the Order Tracking page. Once your pickup is scheduled, a confirmation email or text message will be sent to you.
After your garments are picked up by the driver, a confirmation email will with sent to you with your invoice. You may logon to your account to view the order status.
What should I do if my garments arrived and something is not right?
You can confirm the details of the order you placed either by checking the order confirmation email that was sent to you or by viewing the order in your Order History.
The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and packaging your garments. If something is incorrect or you have feedback, please let us know and we will work with the Cleaner to make things right.
