How do I signup in Cleantie Customer App?
Step 1: Choose a Drycleaner, Laundromat, Clothing Alterations or Shoe Repair partner
Begin by pressing “Enter Your Address to check”, Select 'use this address' option or enter your address on the search field. Cleantie will display the service providers that offer pickup/delivery service to your location or are available nearby. From the available options, select the location that is close to you. You can click on the business name and read the customer's review, ratings, pickup/delivery hours, offered services, prices etc.
Step 2: Place your order
Once you’ve selected your favorite cleaner, it’s time to register and create your Cleantie account! Enter your special request, your preferences like Starch type, Shirt folding option, detergent type etc.
Step 3: Request Pickup
Confirm your pickup/delivery date/time, total items/bags and add any special request you may have. Your pickup request is immediately sent to the selected partner and you will receive a confirmation email or notification regarding your account.
Once your pickup is scheduled, you can receive live request updates and real-time GPS tracking of your assigned pickup/delivery service. Just click on the “Track Your Order” link provided in your confirmation email or through the Order History section of your Cleantie Account.
How do I get Pickup/Delivery Request Confirmation
After submitting your request, you will get a confirmation email or notification from Cleantie. This means that your pickup request has been instantly transmitted to our partner. Once you receive the pickup confirmation email or notification from us, the partner has received and confirmed your order.
Additionally, if the order was successfully placed it will appear in your Order History in your Cleantie Account.
How do I know if the Service Provider accepted my order?
After submitting your order, you will see the Cleantie confirmation and order tracking page. This means that your order has been instantly transmitted to our partner. You can view the status of your order on your Cleantie account.
Can I track my delivery on a map?
It depends! Some Stores have GPS tracking enabled - when searching for Cleaner, look for “GPS Tracking” in the Cleaner's description.
